Afrovibe is a dance fitness concept inspired by Afro-descendant dances that combines choreography, fitness, and letting go. We dance in plié, grounded to the floor, connected to our body and hips, an excellent way to tone up, improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and release stress through the hips. Afrovibe is designed around Squats and Afro dances for a Total Body Workout! The choreographies and playlists change every two months. They are designed to be varied in steps, easy to learn, and gradually increase in intensity!
